[输入法]ubuntu在英文环境下启用scim
简单办法 通过 im-switch
1: install im-switch, by using "apt-get install im-switch"
2: "im-switch -s none" to remove all installed input methods
3: "im-switch-s scim" to integrate scim with your windows
4: reboot and see what you get
